How do I run a report to display user expiration dates?

Do you want user account expiration or password expiration?

Is this an NT domain or 2000?

There's no password expiration field, but you can right-click on the All Users object and choose Tabular Views->Users(Detailed-General). In the right window you will see Pwd Last Set, and you can use that to calculate which users are near or beyond the expiration date.
