Newbie - how to use User Commander

I'm trying to learn how to use User commander v1.3 'D'.

I would like to change about 700 users from Administrator of their workstation to Power Users.

When running a test the current mode is Import Group Members. I get the error invalid group type and Invalid operation found in ini file below is copy of what's in my text file

2nd I would like to modify 2 registry keys on all workstation to
to add text to the LegalNoticeCaption & the LegalNoticeText located in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE: SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowNT\Current Version\Winlogon

Can this 2nd request be done with User Commander and if so is there any directions on how to do this for multiple machine at one time?

Changing input file to this format fixed this:
