Is is possible to export AD info for all users except users who do not have a phone number?

No, there would be no way to filter this. You'll have to open the output file with Excel and sort on that column.

One idea was brought to my attention that you can sort/filter the users you want with Hyena, select the users you want to export against, then use the export selected objects option under Tools->Exporter Pro->Export Selected Objects.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I actually should have made this a two part question because I haven't been able to figure out how to export AD info for all users without having to export each different OU. Is that possible?

Maybe it would be helpful if I explained what we're trying to do. We want to be able to create address lists, phone lists, etc. by exporting info from AD and then create reports using Access. We have all the attributes figured out but just need to be able to get that info from AD.

If you are using the Generate Report function, based on what you are viewing in the right window, you can use the OU Filtering Toolbar to see all users beneath a certain point. You can also use the All Users object for your domain to get everything.

The OU Filtering Toolbar has a button to Traverse Containers that when selected will show all objects beneath that point, including sub-containers/OUs.

To export this using the Exporter Pro you can either select the OU, or your domain and then go to Tools->Exporter Pro->Export Selected Objects to get everything.
