Help with tools and running an msi

I was wandering if anyone had any experience running an msi install using the psexec.exe from the tools? I have been able to run .exe's without problems, but the .msi keeps telling me that "The system cannot find the file specified". I have tested ACLs by using psexec \\%E% -s cmd then typing the path to the file manually; and this works fine. Can anyone help me?
