Unable to see network after short period of time

Does anybody know of any other issues with McAfee AV/EPO?

Its the only thing that has been updated on our system recently, at about the same time I started having the problem outlined below.

9 times out of 10, when starting Hyena v5.0 I get a message -
'Error finding domain controller for domain "allermuir". Could not find domain controller for this domain.'

However if I expand the enterprise tree view fully, I can see a list of all (currently on) pc's, but I cannot get any details from these if I try.

The remaining 1 time - a successful start, all works well for a short while, then it once again 'loses' the domain and the above problem applies.

One way to tell if your problem is with the McAfee product, is to stop McAfee. With it stopped try running Hyena and see if you still have any issues.

Hyena is simply issuing a function call to get a domain controller for your domain. Windows is failing to find it. This could be a network issue, or WINS, etc.
