How do I change the columns displayed to show only specific columns such as last logon, last logoff.

    Re: all users - details

If this is a Windows NT domain you'll do this under Tools->Settings->Display. If it is Windows 2000 you'll change the appropriate query under File->Manage Object View->Queries.

Thanks for information. We are Windows 2000 and I made modification as needed and it worked...but the field "last logon" shows (none) on some users. When I do the "check all domain controllers" it shows a last logon time.
      What I am doing wrong?

When viewing this field in the right window you are only seeing user information from one controller.

Last logon is stored separately on each controller and not synchronized with the other controllers.

You can use the Exporter Pro for this. When you use the Active Directory, Detailed User export there is a Set Options button that allows you to configure it to query all domain controllers.

You can then open the output file with Excel for further sorting and printing.
