Copy Info Displayed In List Window To Excel

Can you tell me; is there a way to copy the information being displayed in the List Window to an Excel spreadsheet file? Also, is there a way to get a list of all users in a domain that have logged onto the network within the last 30 days and list them in the List Window?

You can do this by doing a Edit->Select All to select the information in the right window, then a Edit->Copy to open the Copy List Window.
