The RPC Server Is Unavailable

Seems we are getting this on the XP machines.

What causes this??

This error is typically caused by a service not running on the remote computer. For XP computers make sure you have File and Printer Sharing installed and that the Remote Registry service is running.

Can I start these remotely if I have admin rights? If so, the name would be most appreciated.

File and Printer Sharing will have to be added at the machine as far as I know. Windows needs this to be able to manage it from a remote source.
