Coping groups

Is it possible to copy an existing users group memberships to another existing user? This is something that happens all the time when people transfer from on job to another. I thought the copy function might do this but for the life of me I do't see any value in it.

If this is a Windows 2000 domain, you can expand the user in the left window and double-click on Groups. This displays the groups that user is a member of in the right window. Select the groups in the right window and right-click and choose Add to User.
