Is there any way to run a report on multiple servers that will display which M/S O/S Hotfix's are installed and exporting the results to file

You can use the Export function for this. In Hyena 5.7 you can use either the Export Computers under Tools->Run Exporter->Computers, or Exporter Pro under Tools->Exporter Pro->Run Exporter.

Can this be done using ver 4.3 as I have Exported>computers and the list does not contain hot fix information.

Yes, check the box to Export Computer Properties and it will include this information.

Next to the Export Comnputer Properties check box it says "this may effect performance " is that on the local machine that is running the export or is it of the servers we are checking as there are over 200 .

Mainly on your computer. There is more data being retrieved so this will take longer to run.
