Copypwd SET generates errors

I successfully run both a "copypwd DUMP" and "copypwd SET" in a lab setup where I was moving user passwords from a NT server standalone to a Win2003 Domain controller. Yet when I try this in production I get the following error:
create remote thread failed: 8

Any thoughts on why this error is occuring?

Are you running CopyPwd through a remote/terminal server session on the server ? If so, you need to run the program locally directly on the server itself.
