Select all and copy command

Is there any way to call the "select all" (ctrl a) and "copy" (ctrl c) commands using a custom tool from the the tool menu.

What I am looking to do is to select the contents of the right window and copy to clipboard so I can then run excel and paste it in. All from one click. I can do the excel part ok but not the select all and copy.

Unfortunately this can't be done this way.
