Improved Timeout Control - How do I configure the ping?

Hi! I am very happy to see that with the new 5.5 version, Hyena will ping before trying to access another PC. I'm sure it is easy to configure this new ability but I must be missing the steps and my timeout, if I accidentally click on an offline PC, is still quite long. If someone has figured it out, whould you mind sharing the steps?

To configure the ping, select Tools->Settings->View, and click on the Ping Options button.
