  • delete accounts after 90 days

Is there a way to flag users that have not logged in within 90 days and automatically
disable or delete their account ?
    Thanks!!!

Are you using Windows NT or Windows 2000 (are the users logging into an NT or W2K domain) ?

There's no way to automatically flag these accounts, but you can view details by right-clicking on All Users and choosing Tabular Views->Users (Detailed - General).

Find the column labeled PwdLastSet and click on the column header to sort by that column.

If you have an account policy of 90 days for example, then any accounts that have PwdLastSet dates well beyond 90 days would be suspect.

You can then select those and delete or disable them using the right-click options.
