Is there a way to search the domain to find all of the shares, files, services, etc. that a specific user has permissions to?

Hyena can't do this for you. You can view NTFS permissions for a single computer in Hyena's right window, then save that to a delimited file that you can open in Excel for further sorting/searching.

Beyond that, you might take a look at a product called Security Explorer.

Thank you. I have looked at this application, but am still not seeing exactly how to find this. I have also contacted the company, and their recommendation was Enterprise Explorer. I can't see how that works for this either.

Have you used the product, can you offer some direction with this software?

Sorry, I haven't used SecurityExplorer for domains but for servers only, and I don't know their entrprise tool.
