The easiest solution is to create a duplicate account/password in both domains so that Windows will authenticate you based on your logged in credentials.

I do have both setup respectively, though they require different authentication. I generally some kind of authentication error (LDAP) or the simple, "Access Denied."

You can enter both domains in Hyena to manage them at the same time. You can configure Exchange under the Tools->Settings->Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 tabs.

We are migrating from NT 4.0 w/Exchange 5.5 to Windows 2000 w/Exchange 2000. I need to administer both domains and both mail servers for the time being. How can I best do this with Hyena?
