How do I list who has access to all of my Global Groups?

You can get a members list for all groups using the Export Members function under File->Export->Members. This will give you a delimited file that you can open with Excel or Access for further sorting.

I have tried that exporter function, but it doesn't list each Global Groups members, ie if I have 10 Global Groups, can I generate a list thta will list all 10 groups memebers?

That function will list all groups and their memberships with the exception of nested groups under Windows 2000.
