Is there any agent (or something that I am missing) that will allow management of any 98 or ME workstations?

Hyena will only manage Windows 2000/NT/XP computers.

You can manage shares (and files, etc.) using Hyena against a Windows 95/98/Me computer. However, the shares have to exist, etc. Windows 9x computer by default don't have admin shares.

Registry manipulation will be possible in the next release, but for Windows 9x you will have to enable remote registry support.

You can also remotely control Windows 9x computers with Hyena, but you will have to run the install (VNC or whatever else) manually on the client first, as there isn't really an effective way to remotely install VNC on Windows 9x.
