Re: Server list will not enumerate
Thanks for your resposnce...
Very interesting...
All of the servers seem to show up under "computers" INCLUDING the servers!!!
Under comptuers however, only SOME of the Servers have the "server" icon while the majority of the servers have the little "comptuer" icon.
A good example is our exchange server shows up under computers. I can click on the server and it lists itself as a "server" but does not show up under Servers????
I have my guys looking at the browser to see if they can see anything?

You should also see them under Computers in Hyena as this list comes from the domain, but Hyena won't know if they are servers unless they are on the browse list. For the Servers folder the list is only retrieved from the browse list (for speed reasons.)
I'm not sure if the "my network places" does anything differently, but the only way to get the servers to show up in the Servers folder as well as under Computers is to figure out the browsing problem either on your computer or your network.

Re: Server list will not enumerate
THank you but as I said in my original post, I can browse the domain just fine by clicking on "my network places" (old network neighborhood)
I just cannot do it from within hyena

Hyena gets the list of servers for this folder from the Windows browse list. It sounds like you have a browsing problem.

Server list will not enumerate
I cannot get the server list to enumerate. I can see users, domain controllers, groups, User rights and just about anything else but the "servers"
I have tried to delete our donmain entry and that seemed to fix some things except the server list.
I can see the servers if I go to "my network places"...
Using XP and the latest build of Hyena..
Thanks in advance for ANY help
