Is the item "Drives" available only for Local Workstations?
How do I set / check a drive letter on a remote machine using Hyena?

This is only available for your local workstation.

What exactly are you wanting to do?

I think what you're looking for is under "Shares".

What I mean is creating drive letters for eg. network connections to servers.
This is possible by using PSexec to get onto the remote machine, and then "net use ...". But I would prefer using Hyena for this.
