I am evaluating this software and I have to say it's pretty impressive. I just have a question: Since we have tiered technical support groups in our organization, we want each tier have different power/delegated authorities for their tasks/responsibilities. However, we are still in NT4 domain and not migrated to W2K AD yet, and the built-in groups provides either not enough or too much power (such as Account Operators group is not good for HelpDesk).
Does anyone know if Hyena can be configured for this kind of tech support environment? This will certainly influence our purchasing decision.
