copying printers

We are doing a consolidation of NT 4.0 print servers prior to migrating to Windows 2000. I would like to migrate all printers onto one server temporarily while we build new WIn2K print servers. When I try to use the copy printer function, I get the following error: "Unable to add printer \\server1\printername to \\server2. This function is not supported on this system."

The workstation I am running Hyena on is a Windows XP box. The 2 print servers are NT 4.0 SP6a. I am a domain admin.

Please assist.
