report on when password was last changed

Will Hyena allow me to scan all local server accounts and determine the last time the local accounts were changed? The only way I have been able to do this so far is by individual server.

For Windows 2000 you can modify one of the queries available when you right-click on Users and choose Tabular Views.

You will modify the query under File->Manage Object View->Queries.
