Filtering Computer Names

Is it possible to filter computer names? There are several thousand computers in our domain and I would like to filter out those I am not responsible for. Making them invisible would be nice.

Any ideas or suggestions?

If your computers have something that identifies them as yours in the name or description, you could display all computers in the right window and then filter them based on that identifying text.

Another solution might be to create an Object Grouping in Object Manager and then add your computers to that grouping. This creates a static list that is quickly available when you need to manage them.
