Resetting Workstation local admin password

To perform a single blanket password reset of all the workstations in a domain. Is this possible to do without the users already having local admin rights?

To reset the admin password, you need to be a member of the Administrators local group. You can do it remotely with Hyena for any number of computers, however. Display the computers in the right window, select as many as you want, right click, select More Functions, then Set Account Password.
