Files rights view/export/import

I have to migrate data from one drive to another.This will require me to dump all user rights for the drive, then create them on the new drive. The help files says I can view all file and directory rights, but as dumb as I am, I cannot figure out how to do this. I do not see a "View NTFS rights" menu item or button anywhere. Can you help?

You will expand the computer, then expand Shares and right-click on the drive containing these files and choose View NTFS Security.

You might want to look at scopy.exe from the Windows NT Resource Kit, though, because you can use it to copy the files and keep the security intact.
