User computer access

I've noticed that I can "drill" down to some users hard drives and the contents on it and others I can't. Why? It seems to be the Win 98 PC I can't. Is it because they're not running IPC/RPC???? Is there a work around?

Basically Hyena doesn't support managing Win95/98 computers. You might be able to get away with installing File and Printer Sharing, and then sharing out the C drive.
