Citrix Terminal User's Home Directories

Currently I have user home directories set in teh following manner: \\server\%USERNAME% where the USERNAME directory is shared. I would like to change the dir structure to only share the company name and not the user directory. ie: \\server\company\%USERNAME%. When I do this and log on as the user, I receive the message that the working directory is invalid. I shared the company name and not the user name. Is there another way of doing this without sharing all the users under the company names only.

Any thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
