Disk Drive Reporting

I need to generate a weekly report of all drives on all 500 servers in my domain. I used to use .export and save as a .xls, then generated a macro within EXCEL to format and mail it out.
I recently discovered your Access templates, which I want to start using. I need to get only the Drive info into the template. How do I set that up.

Also, I would ultimately like to get them into an HTML file for posting. Can this be automated?

The only problem with using the Access reporting module is that its meant to be used interactively, and getting the drive space on 500 servers may be time consuming to do in the GUI. Hyena can generate drive space for multiple servers if the servers are selected in the right window. You can experiment to see how long it takes. If performance is good, setup the Access reporting option as outlined in the online help file. If you need help, please let us know.

If you use Exporter, you can setup the export to just export the drive space information, append it to a file, then launch Access to import the data. This can be automated a bit with a macro. I think that Excel or Access (?) can save data as HTML.

Either way, you want to go, we should be able to help you with any tricky areas.
