I may not fully understand the question, but if you mean a user who is "logged on" to their domain account, usually you can't. Once a user authenticates with their password to a domain controller, their isn't anything left around to look at. If you know that they are accessing a share somewhere, you could try looking at a share's (or server's) sessions. But even those will timeout. If you know the computer name, you can right click on select Show Logged On Users to see who is logged on.
