There are only two ways that I can think of:

1. Put some code/comment in the comment field so that you could sort on this when looking at all of the servers. This may not be practical, as it requires all of the servers to be either on the browse list or in Active Direcotory in order to have the data to sort.

2. What most user do is to create an Object Grouping for all of the servers in Object Manager (File->Manage Object View). You can then look at this special server list anytime that you want to. You can either add the servers manually, or select them in the GUI and select Add to Object Manager. Or with v4.1, you can even attach a file to Object Manager that you create in Excel.
