I currently manage 2 domains at two locations. Is there a way to include the remote domain and how? I tried adding a domain but it says it can't find the domain.

To add the domain you will go to File->Add Domain. Is the error you are getting telling you it can't find a domain controller for this domain?
If so, this is probably a resolution problem on your computer. I would make sure you have an entry for this domain in WINS or create an LMHOSTS file on your computer with an entry for that domain.
