Is there any way, using Hyena to query all mny servers and tell me which ones are running Oracle, Exchange, SQLServer etc? I saw something in the past that was a resource kit utility but I cannot remember what it was.

You can use the Export Services function under File->Export->Services. You will enter the service names, each within [], in the box at the bottom.
Your output file will only have those computers running those services, and all of the details of those services for each computer.
