We have changed this behavior when you add a new user. You can change their primary group membership, and then remove them from Domain Users and it will work.

But, the problem lies with modifying an existing user in that you can't change their Primary Group, and remove their membership from that group at the same time.

Unfortunately we have been unable to find a workaround or fix for this as it would require massive changes to the way Hyena handles user modifications.

Can you verify what version of Hyena you are using. You can get the version in Help->About. Thanks

When you try to change the primary group for a user and remove the group membership for the former primary group in one go hyena gives an error message. This is possible in user manager. Is this a bug or did I miss something?
