Can Hyena perform an inverse filter on events? For example, do not show event ID 1000?

You will have to display the events first, then use the Edit->Find/Filter to do this.

When you view events on a computer, you can click one of the column headers to sort, this will cause Hyena to ask you if you want to retrieve all records. Click Yes.

Then go to Edit->Find/Filter and type in your Search String, such as 1000. For Column to search choose Event ID, and then click the checkbox Filter out records that DO match the search string.
