Can I search for locked out accounts ??

You can right-click on Domain Users and select View All User Details. This will display all users and their properties in the right window.
Scroll over to the right until you find a column labeled Locked Out. If an account is locked out it will have a YES in this column.
You can also click on the column header to sort the records by that column. Click it again and all the YESs will be at the top. -
Re: account management
You could also use filter after viewing All User Details (search string: yes, Column to search: Locked Out, Filter out records that DO NOT match the search string). This way it is easier to handle the accounts; you can also sort them any way you want without losing track of the locked out status.
