Exchange 2010 Public folders subfolder permissions

I am trying to view public folders to administer permissions to subfolders within the public folder group mailboxes. Is there a way to view permissions in Hyena and modify user permissions? Or do I have to use this only through the Public folder tool in Exchange?
Subfolders permissions need to be added once in a while to other subfolders and this would be a good way to manage it if I could.

Any help here would be appreciated.

No, unfortunately, Exchange permission modification is extremely complicated and largely undocumented, so you have to use the Exchange management tools to modify Exchange-related permissions.
