Not Getting Prompted to Create Mailbox

Running 8.5 and have enabled Exchange 2007/2010 Integration. Running Windows 7 SP1. We've checked the "Prompt to add mailbox when creating new user accounts" however we're not getting the prompt. What might I have missed?

What version of Exchange are you using?

Make sure when you create a user you don't have the box checked to Run Active Directory Creation Wizard.

We're using Exchange 2010 Sp1. I did have the box checked to run the Active Directory Creation Wizard. I unchecked it and we're creating mailboxes. Thanks!
