I would like to add a AD Custome query to see what users have this set, what do I need to do? Exch-Forwarding-Address http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms980520.aspx

Go to File->Manage Object View->AD Queries and select the query you want to add this to. In the lower right change the Attribute Category to Other, then enter in forwardingAddress. Save that change and run the query and you should see an additional column with that data.

I tried to enter "ms-Exch-Forwarding-Address" and "ForwardingAddress" and still no luck with data in that column. Anything else I could try?

Right-click on a user that you know has this set and choose Manage Directory Attributes. You should see all of the available attributes in the right window of that dialog, so go through and see if you can find the one that has this value. You can look at the various Exchange attributes, but according to that link you gave it should be forwardingAddress.

I ran ADSIEdit I found the field that was getting filled in "altRecipient". Thanks for sending me to the right direction.

The best way to see all attributes for a user (or any AD object) is to right click on the object, select Query Active Directory->View All Directory Attributes. The resulting view can be sorted on attribute name or the data.
