When configuring "Exchange Mailbox Location Templates" for version 7 am not able to retain saved configuration.

Are you using shared settings? To check go to Tools->Settings->General and look at the bottom box.

Normal I do have that box checked.

But I have tried to configure the "Exchange Mailbox Location" with it checked and unchecked and get the same results.

Configurations still does not save.

Send screen shots of your General tab and your Exchange 200x tab to [email protected]. Also, make sure you have the Exchange System Manager installed on your computer.
