For some reason I cant get my exchange Info. any ideas.

What im trying to do is get a grasp on this new domain that i have taken over. and it seems like i have a problem child manager that has already put in a request for roughly 14 new mailboxes/distribution list and i want to find out what is already out there. and plainly i have no idea how to do find that out.

I'm still not quite sure I understand what you are looking for. In Hyena you can view the email addresses for your user accounts, to see which users have mailboxes. Under Universal Groups you can see your Distribution Lists that are used by Exchange, along with the other Universal Groups you might have.

The only thing i see under there is enterprise admins and schema admins

That should be fine, so try right-clicking on All Users and choose Tabular Views->Users(Detailed-Contact). When that finishes see if you have a column for E-mail and if you have any data there.

If you are using v7, it will be called Query Active Directory rather than Tabular Views.
