When creating a new user account and trying to add information on the user properties/contacts tab, one or more of the entries - particularly the phone entry – are grayed out.
Looking at existing accounts on the same tab, some of the selections on the contacts tab are also grayed out. This is for both values that have been set and values that haven’t. It also varies from user to user as to which values are not available.
In all cases, the ability to add populate the entry is available through ADUC. Hyena 6.5 is working with Exchange 2003 running on Windows 2003. Any ideas what might be going on?
