2000 to 2003 migration - new domain

Weire eventually going to migrate from 2000 to 2003, which is no big deal. However, we're also changing our domain setup. Is there a way to use Hyena to make this simpler?

We've got about 50-60 users to move over to their new 'homes'.

I assume you mean you need to migrate the Exchange data/mailboxes? If so, unfortunately Hyena won't help with that.
