Exchange 5.5 Mailbox Creation Problem

I've completed the blanks for base directory and template under tools, but the exchange integration piece isn't working right. It finds the template and uses the custom distribution group I put in it, but all the email addresses are blank when I go to that screen and I can't see any distribution lists to add to the new user. Any ideas?

Its been a long LONG time since we have had any inquiries on Exchange 5.5 and the custom option that you are using. Can you use the other option (Enable User Manager Extensions...) under Tools->Settings->Exchange 5.5 instead ?
