Exchange Integration error

When I click on the "find" button fo rfind my Exchange 2000 mail store, I get the following error:

Unable to access Active Directory path LDAP://my domain/rootDSE. The server is not operational.

I would appreciate any help.

Generally, the rootdse AD path should always be available. Look at the domain name portion of the error and see if under File->Manage Object View that you are not using a Netbios path for your domain. Change the LDAP path to be something like:

LDAP://mydomain.com
