exchange button gives class not recognized error

I may have found the answer at the bottom of the forum....

I get the following error message when clicking on the Exchange properties button on a user properties page:

Unable to display shell property sheet. "LDAP info inserted here" Interface Hresult 0x80040154 "> class not recognized

Anyone know what this means??
