Can you view the properties of an existing mailbox? Are you able to create a new mailbox if you remove the template, as a test?

Hi,

I seem to be having a problem when trying to create a new mailbox while adding a new user in Hyena.

I have the following settings under Exchange 5.5:

Exchange Server: Servername
Profile Name: Outlook

Add new mailbox when creating new NT accounts is ticked.

Base Directory Path is: /o=SF/ou=Site/cn=Recipients

Template accounts for new mailboxes: /o=SF/ou=Site/cn=Recipients/cn=Template

The error message i get says "Unable to read Exchange recipient. Unable to find object /o=SF/ou=Site/cn=Recipients/cn=Template"

I would appreciate any help on the subject.
