I don't see where or how Hyena would be affected by the operating system and any specific Exchange version. As long as Microsoft permits using Exchange 5.5 on Windows Server 2003, and provided that Microsoft's own tools for managing Exchange 5.5 work on Windows Server 2003, Hyena's Exchange interface will also work. Note that Hyena's User Manager Extension interface for Exchange 5.5 uses Microsoft's interface and is dependent upon it functioning independently of Hyena.
