  • Enable Exchange integration setting is lost

I am looking at enabling Exchange for my user management(we are licensed for Exchange). Im using Hyena 5.7. When I select "Enable Exchange Integration", go out of the settings page and go back in, the settings are lost.

    Any ideas ?

Is this for Exchange 5.5 or 2000?
Do you have the appropriate Exchange Admin tools installed?
Do you have a Shared Settings file specified under Tools->Settings->General?

I'm currently working with AWhitton on this problem so I'll answer the questions...

      1. 2000.
      2. Which tools are you refering to? Any particular one?
      3. No.

You'll need to have the Exchange 2000 Administration tools installed for these functions to work in Hyena.

Also, make sure you don't have either of the top 2 boxes checked under Tools->Settings->Exchange 5.5, and that it has Licensed for Exchange on the Licensing tab.

Can you please give us a step-by-step, mouse-click-by-mouse-click technique to reproduce this problem ?

          Thanks

Thanks all, managed to get it working by installing the following -> http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...&displaylang=en

EDIT: Oops! Got ahead of myself there. It fixes the original problem, but when I try to create a mailbox from within Hyena it fails saying I need the Exchange 2000 Admin Tools.

I've looked all over MS. Does anyone have a link to these tools please?

            Matt.
