Problem viewing Exchange properties

After installing Hyena v5.2 with Exchange component, I get an error when I try to view the Exchange properties for a user (any user). The error says "unable to display shell property sheet. Result = -2147221164," and then it list the AD path. Any ideas?

Make sure you've installed the Exchange Administration Tools on your computer.

You were dead on with that answer. I installed the tools and it works fine. I guess I didn't realize that those tools would need to be installed locally. Thanks for the help.
